Frequently asked questions
Is the test really complimentary?
Our Complimentary Hearing Test is available for adults aged 18 and above. T&Cs apply. For individuals aged 17 and below, hearing assessment services are also available at a charge. Speak with our audiologist when booking to find out more about the appropriate assessment for your child.
How long does the test take?
The session typically takes 40 minutes to 1 hour, including the hearing test, consultation and hearing aid trial, if needed.
Is the test painful?
Not at all. You simply listen to tones through headphones and press a button.
Can I book for my parent or spouse?
Yes. In fact, we encourage it. Select who the test is for in the booking form, and our team will handle the rest.
What should I bring?
Just yourself. If you already wear hearing aids, bring them along.
